Must be at least 25 years old to book CABIN RULES - No smoking in the cabin - No open fires. Use of propane fire only - No illegal activities - No pets allowed - No visitors beyond those on reservation - No garbage disposal in cabin. please discard all food scraps/feminine products in the trash - No food in bedrooms - No glass near Hot Tub - No climbing, hanging, or dangerous horseplay inside the cabin - No access granted to any other structure or outbuildings on the property. Please obey no trespassing signs - Always lock front door when leaving by entering code and pushing the lock button - Locking the deadbolt from the inside will lock you out of the cabin even with the code - Trash MUST be taken to the bottom of the hill as much as needed. No trash bags on the porch or in the garage. This cabin is in the mountains that we share with critters!

Beautiful Private Big Cabin Home! Perfect location with great view of Bear Lake. Home was exactly as it shows online. Well kept, so comfy and cozy all around. Hosts where all so helpful and fast responding. Place was so roomy with lots to do. We played board games, BBQ meals together, played ping pong table games, sat outside in the evening around propane fire pit and shared stories with wonderful family bonding time. There is even a lil kids closet with toys that my toddler granddaughter loved. They offer so much. Kitchen is fully stocked with all that you'll need. We loved sitting on patio deck early mornings and evenings seeing wildlife come thru the yard. We saw a mother deer and her 2 fawns several times. We also saw a rabbit and chipmunks. There are Hummingbird feeders that attract the birds. They where so neat to see and watch. Hot tub jacuzzi hits the spot as well. All rooms have ceiling fans which feel so good. Home cabin is set up perfectly! Wonderful family vacation.

The home was exactly as described: Spotless and Exceptionally beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the stay and had a blast during our Fourth of July celebration. I highly recommend this property to anyone!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable, there is plenty of bedrooms for privacy and plenty of shared common space for socializing. Our favorite was the view of the lake while sitting on the patio. The mature trees rustled with the breeze and it was so relaxing! The space and views are even better in person.

Wonderful stay at Halie’s cabin on 20 acres—quiet, relaxing, w/ beautiful Bear Lake views. Spacious & great for families/groups. The Cabin is as described in listing: 5 Bedrooms across 3 levels, 2 fridges, well stocked kitchen, outdoor BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, jacuzzi under covered patio just a few steps from main house, & 2-car garage. Basement had large family room with TV, ping pong, board games, & cards—perfect for kids and adults. Upstairs Loft w/ two kid-bunks & sitting area, Large Master suite, (with both King & Queen beds). Wildlife sightings- deer, wild turkey + wildflowers were a treat. Location is peaceful & close to Garden City & easy lake access. Linens were great quality. My 93yo mom had fairly-easy access (3 steps). Only issue: basement was cold; main thermostat controls main floor & bsmt, a front screen door would help airflow. Host was responsive & offered early check-in, much appreciated. Clean, well-equipped, & private. Highly recommend for a relaxing Bear Lake stay!
